i am in dire need of a place (please not big daddys crab shack) that has traditional southern po-boy sandwiches on their menu, good southern/cajun food - soft shell crab, gumbo, creole, etc. does anyone out there know if there is anywhere in toronto that fits this bill at all?? thanks.

Southern Accent has some of what you're looking for but they don't have po'boys and I'm not sure about the soft shell crab. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the city.

From tomorrow Friday January 30 to Thursday February 12, Southern Accent is one of the restaurants participating in Winterlicious and offering a three-course dinner for $20. I have a reservation for tomorrow night and am looking forward to sampling their food.
