Thai cooking

I'm seeking some Thai cooking classes in Toronto, and have turned up bupkiss. Ideally the classes would be suitable for someone who can make a mean pad thai and knows her way around lemon grass. the only thing I've found involved a blanded up version served at a B&B with floral wall borders. Save me!

    HI!
    Try this site:
    http://www.hgic.ca/home.htm

It is a site for an Indian cooking school but they have Thai classes as well.

    Hope this helps.

Check out www.myplacefordinner.com. My friend Debbie Diament runs a hands-on cooking school and Thai is her most popular class. You learn how to make cold rolls with sweet red chili sauce, coconut lemongrass and ginger soup, Pad Thai, Red Curry Chicken. Classes are held in Riverdale or at Give IT A Stir at Yonge and St. Clair. Her ph #is 415 465 7112.

You did mean to say that her area code is 416, right? 415 is the area code for the Bay Area in California.
