Went to Golden Court for Dim Sum.
It is in the same mall as Ambassador.
The portions were very large, for dim sum, and the quality was excellent.
The glutinous rice in lotus leaf, was as stated,(often restaurants substitute cheaper rice) and my only complaint, which meat lovers will ignore is that there was more filling than rice!
The turnip cake was light, and delicious.
The steamed bean curd sheets, were also overfilled, but excellent.
Since it was our first time there, and we were only two people, I ordered from the Dim Sum menu, but afterward saw nice seafood being served around me.
Next time I will inquire, as to what else they serve.
We had already ordered 7 plates, so it was too late.
A chinese friend passed by our table, and told us that he eats here every Sunday, as the owner of Ambassador, who is a friend of his owns both restaurants, and the Dim Sum is identical, but the cost is considerably less.
Our bill seemed to be at least a third or more less than Ambassador
We will return!
