Baldwin Street is an amazing hodge podge of restaurants that range from chinese, japanese, thai, french and korean. So much variety, not enough room in my stomach.

Last night I went to this amazing restaurant called, Thai Paradise. The owner told my significant other and myself that it just opened up about 8 days ago.

The fresh rolls were indeed fresh. The pumpkin soup was a delightful hug on a rainy evening and my main, garlic shrimp was delicious. (hmmm...flashbacks...yummy)

The beef curry danced on your tongue with a kick of spicy and the mango chicken was a balance of fresh chicken and sweet mango.

If your off to try something Thai, defintely give them a try...if your around the Dundas and University Area.

The owner recommended the mango and sweet sticky rice as a dessert, alas I had no room but, definetly going back for more.
