Good 7:30AM breakfast in Toronto

I've recently arrived from Australia and am at my wits end trying to find a decent place to have breakfast early in the morning. Tons of post 10AM places, but if you have an early morning meeting that you want to combine with a good eggs benny and a latte then it seems you're sweet outta luck.
Any suggestions on decent places?
One of my favourite breakfast joints in town is the Senator, near Victoria and Dundas just east of the Eaton's Centre. I don't know about eggs benny (not something I'd normally order) but the smoked salmon scramble is wonderful. Fresh orange juice, kitschy diner atmosphere, and some creative breakfast items (like the yogurt surprise -- fruit, honey, yogurt, and granola). Good honest food, and I believe the serve lattes as well. Finally, hey open at 7:30 Monday to Friday (8:00 on the weekends).
Mel's in the annex - open 24 hours and weekday breakfasts are pretty quiet so plenty of room for meetings
Sunset Grills all around town - they are great for meetings, and they all open early
Coach House on Yonge for greasy spoon breakie.
I was going to say Le Petit Dejeuner on King, but they don't open until 8am
If you're looking for a SWEET eggs bennedict, "Easy" is the place to go to at the intersection of King and Roncessvales(take the streetcar south from Dundas West station). I'm not sure of their opening times but the hollandaise sauce is to die for!
You could also try "Eggs Over Easy" on Bloor, west of Avenue/University. I'm pretty sure they open really early and their menu basically consists of eggs.
Hope that helps!
Saving Grace on Dundas near Trinity-Bellwoods Park is a great spot for breakfast. They open at 9, but I think they're starting to open at 8 on certain days (I'm just not sure which).
