Does anyone know of a good butcher that has thick lamb chops (similar to the one served at Mezes on the Danforth)?

  1. You might try a butcher called Ellas on Pape just south of Danforth. They do a lot of lamb. There is another Greek butcher shop on the Danforth between, I think, Logan and Carlaw.

Sun Valley on the danforth has good lamb chops and excellent rib eye steaks

Try Royal Beef at Danforth and Woodbine. All their meat is fabulous. Also Cumbrae's on Church has excellent meat.

Bruno's has a couple of locations around Toronto, and they have fabulous lamb (racks, chops, and a marinated boneless roast that is an excellent value). They also have great steaks - nice and thick so you can crust the outside on the BBQ, and still have it blue in the centre.
