Outstanding Breakfast Spot!

Newly opened on the south-east corner of Carlton and Yonge is a restaurant called Eggstacy. We tried it yesterday afternoon, and were amazed at the huge servings and quality food. For less that $10, you can get a great feast insluding eggs, bacon/sausage, toast PLUS two delectible buttermilk pancakes, and choice of potato (hashbrowns are terrific). The place was nearly full, so lots of locals have already discovered the place. Knowing the quality of the meals, I would be willing to wait for a table at Eggstacy rather than settle for anything else in the neighbourhood.
Thanks for the recommendation, Richard. You were right - I went there today, and was quite impressed.
Boy, when you order sausage, you get sausage. Instead of the three greasy, shrivelled, puny sausages served at your local greasy spoon, you get one huge, fat sausage.
The eggs are cooked with butter, and cooked properly (e.g., the scrambled eggs are pillowy, not rubbery). The breads - your choice of white, whole-wheat, multi-grain, egg bread, English muffin, etc. - are of high quality and thickly sliced. You also get a choice of potatoes (the hash browns are good), AND two fluffy buttermilk pancakes.
We wandered in there well after 2:00 p.m., and the place was 75% full. The staff looked exhausted, which probably means they were extremely busy during the peak hours.
My personal favourite breakfast stop would have to be Auntie and Uncle's at Bathurst and College.
