Anywhere to get Japanese "Inaniwa Udon"?

Hi all.

I'm very desperate to find Inaniwa Udon. It's a very famous udon made popular from Akita in Japan.

If anyone know where I can buy packaged Inaniwa Udon in Toronto area, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

  1. While I haven't made it to this store yet , I imagine the new-ish TNT-Supermarket may be your best bet. It is in Thornhill and is part of a Supermarket chain that started in Vancouver.

I am planning a trip out there soon to check it out. I have heard amazing things.

Presumably you have tried and failed at Sanko on Queen W.

In any case you might want to give TNT a call before trekking all the way out there (assuming you are downtown).

another place you can try out is japantown...up in Markham...again call first, might not be worth the drive, but if you're up in the area anyway...
