The hart and the hunter, did it close or still open?

      i kept hearing notices that it was going to be closing down though i couldn't quite remember where and it might have been tied into their new digs at Flores (i.e. lady's gunboat whatever it's called), but i may be mistaken.

            They have a new chef, Patrick Costa. Does not look like they are closing at least for now.

              I don't know who he is and I'm not sure if he can do the same food as good so that remains to be seen.

                I also worry, but is it possible that this guy has been the one doing most of the cooking already?

                The other two chefs split because of how involved they are in other projects, so how much of the cooking were they actually even doing at the Hart & The Hunter by this time?

                Since none of us seem to have heard of Costa, it seems possible he was just the guy doing all the cooking up to this point, and he'll just get a new title now.

                  There's a chef Patrick Costa at Stella Barra in Santa Monica. Not sure if it's the same guy.

                    The way things seem to work in the industry, I would assume it is.

                    So never mind.

                    Will be interesting to see how things go. Would be a sad loss for LA if Hart & The Hunter went downhill/closed. Those biscuits...mmm
