Pho Saigon is the new occupant of Pho Ha Nam Ninh's spot. Sign's going up and looks to be opening soon.

Can someone who reads Vietnamese tell us what this notice says?

  1. My friends in Mountain View claim to read Vietnamese. But I think they've got more studying to do. They say it means the following:

To the restaurant kitchen and burning your belly deal. Congestion money for students. please call.

      ROFL!

Thought of asking originally whether pertains to previous or current tenant, but figured that would be apparent in the translation. Guess not!

    2. I believe the sign says the restaurant needs kitchen helpers, servers and runners. Especially looking to hire students. Please call.
