Terrine Maison

Just returned from France and sampled many "terrine maison". Who is turning out the real deal in NYC?

  1. The best "house-made" terrines and pates I've had in NYC are at Bar Boulud. I'm not a big fan of the restaurant in other regards, but their charcuterie is top notch.

      The charcuterie (and sausages, terrines, etc)for all of Boloud's restaurants is made in house.
