Cumin-Crusted Grilled Tri-tip rub

Does any one here know the ingredients in the Cumin-Crusted Grilled Tri-tip rub featured on the P. Allen Smith show. Thank you!

        oops. sorry. i should have checked out the recipe. very strange that they call it a recipe....and don't list ingredients. kind of defeats the purpose....or defies the definition.

    2. mainly because i was curious i googled:
      'Cumin-Crusted Grilled Tri-tip' and added 'episode'


      Cumin, Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, Ancho Chili Powder

      they do not provide proportions.

      NOTE: most blended 'chili powders' already have a substantial amount of cumin, so i'd assume the powder is just the ground pepper. but if it's a mexican type ancho based chili powder they generally include oregano as well.
