Beijing Chinese Dining in Lexington

  • 2

Beijing Chinese Dining took over the space vacated bu Khushboo in Lexington center and I stopped by for lunch today. The place looked really good with nice furniture and muted colors. The main menu is fairly small as is the lunch menu but I rather see a limited menu done well instead of a humongous menu done badly. I had the twice cooked pork and it was made with pork belly so this is a good start. Most of the pork was fine a few pieces was a bit dry. Hot and Sour soup is included as is either a spring roll or a chive dumpling and I went with the dumpling and it was OK. I usually order white rice since I can't stand the usual dark pork fried rice but here I saw that the fried rice was the white fried rice and I'll try that the next time. Nothing really exciting on the menu.

  1. How does the outdoor patio look? I really miss the one that Khushboo had there.
