Kee Heong Cantonese Bakery's Dim Sum

  • 2

Hands down the best in town, Halifax that is - corner Granville and Salter Streets. We've been there twice in a week and the dim sum is fresh, fresh, fresh and even better HOMEMADE ON THE SPOT. Get there early - opens at 11am as they can run out of a few varieties. Photo 3 is the corn cakesand 6 the tarro cakes. Note - you must ask for an assortment of dipping sauces, that seems a bit odd. The pastries look great too.

  1. Thanks for the pics, I've been meaning to check this out since I'm always hanging around Cabin Coffee. Looking forward to it.

    1. Note - the photo order has changed since posting. The two cakes are the round flat jobbies. The tarro has been cut in half and the corn ones show 2 on the plate.
