Hong Shu Harr recipe

I had a great chinese takeout order of Hong Shu Harr. The gravy was amazing, try as I may there are no recipes posted anywhere for this dish. Please help!!

    Not sure which dish you are referring to, since your spelling is idiosyncratic. But if it is Hong Shao Xia or red-cooked shrimp, google finds this one.
