Thanks, guys. As far as I can tell, there's been no press release about Chef Bousquet coming on board. Here's a fun photo from PD's FB page showing his ideas for changing the menu,
For those who do not recognize his name, he and his wife operated Mirepoix, a Michelin one-star in Sonoma County. After Mirepoix and their other places in Windsor closed, he was exec chef at Bistro Jeanty. Then Barrel House Tavern in Sausalito, and now at Per Diem.
