ISO Montreal - Veal demi glace and red wine reduction sauce
Are there any places in Jean Talon or Atwater or local take or grocers that sell these two? The only ones I can get at home are really salty and lack flavor. I like to use them as go to staples when I don't have time to make them from scratch.
I would e-mail Cool & Simple and ask since you're already going there. I know that they used to have the red wine reduction sauce, but I can't find it on their website.
I even saw Veal demi glace at IGA yesterday. I think it was probably by Academie Culinaire, but I didn't inspect closely. I'm sure there other (superior) brands at the market, but in case all goes wrong...
