Hi all,

Can anyone give me some info on Sub Zero. A firend of mine went to a place like this in Stockholm and said I should check this out while I am in Montreal this weekend. What should I expect to pay here?

Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I would be quite surprised if it's still open at this time of year. You might wish to check with the Hotel Place D'armes before you head over.

It's closed, but just FYI, I went in beginning of March - it was closed b/c it was too windy and therefore dangerous to keep open b/c the structure (made of ice) was falling and breaking apart - the bar is located on the roof so I guess the wind is pretty strong up there! But the place was nicely set up, and they have a little room inside if you get too cold. It's small though. The cover charge is $5, or $10 for the season (or $10 and $15, don't remember). The bar downstairs in the hotel is nice too.
