HELP! What would you do? Help needed
Perhaps you've read some of my previous posts. We are traveling with large crowd involving a 8 hour car ride. I am getting a large portion of the meats and some frozen items. Today is the Restaurant Depot shopping day. During the night it occured to me that I have no freezer space to store the food till our car ride on Sat.
- store in fridge (speaking about frozen hor dourves)
- keep in cooler in house (also if I run out of fridge space?)
-or pass up purchasing some stuff?

I'd probably err on the side of caution and not pick up things like frozen hors d'oeuvres until tomorrow. Meat and other hard-frozen foods can probably sit in the cooler in your house between now and your trip.
