      <content>Here is a site that lists a whole bunch of french and English courses. The website is from 2003, but I followed the links and have called some of the phone numbers, and they all still offer classes, just with newer schedules.       <content>  I know that there are a few options. . .there are community centres, which often offer some sort of cooking class . . .there is lasalle college, which has a culinary course, Cooking Up, which is another option, or you can try the yellow pages under cooking schools. . . .good luck </content>

Lasalle College - They teach more administration that actual cooking
 
and St Pius x Culinary intitute</content>
