Jack in the Box is now serving Croissant Donuts.

Turning to the weather, Hell has completely frozen over.

    1. They aren't croissants. They are the dough from the churros formed into a different shape. Fried to order and topped with cinnamon sugar, so there's that.

That is exceptionally disappointing, not surprising though.

The photo ads on do show a croissant dough...maybe 'my' location was lazy?

Umm... That's different from a regular donut how?? Doesn't even look *kind of* like their marketing material!

        3. Perhaps the should consider a name change to Jacques in the Box.

            1. Well, I tried one. It was hot. And there was no off-taste from used frying oil. But a thick layer of cinnamon sugar made it too sweet for me. And there were certainly no croissant layers as shown in Cathy's post (also shown at my Jack). And it kind of squished together when you ate it.
