I've got a whole lot of homemade humus leftover from a dinner party last night. We are headed out of town. Will it keep if I freeze it?
Slight loss of texture from time to time but no problems otherwise. I rarely make houmous but often buy "close to sell by date" stuff from the supermarket and just sling it in the freezer.
Thank you both. Now I just have to find space in the freezer (lots of leftovers besides the humus. Could have served double the number of guests.)
