Pig In a Pickle is open (Town Center, Corte Madera)

They're finally open so I had lunch there today. Workers are very friendly and helpful, food was mostly very good. I had the beef brisket sandwich ($13) with a side of beans (one side included). The beans were not my type at all, but after adding their spicy barbecue sauce they were better. Your experience may differ. The brisket sandwich was quite large, with thick tender slices of brisket showing plenty of char. All sandwiches some with sauce on the side only, no request needed. The flavor of the charred ends was quite good, but I found the flavor of the rest of the slices to be strangely lacking. I don't know if that was real or if was just my taster today. I had brisket for lunch yesterday at Memphis Minnie's and (I think) it had more flavor. Please other barbecue lovers check out this place and report back. It's obvious they're trying to do things right.
