                1. I'm gonna go check this out either tomorrow or next week. I'd love to order whatever it is that J. Gold describes as piles of lamb with tortillas and guacamole--what is that called on the menu? Any other recs on what to order?

If you have enough people with you get the Barbacoa Tamano Family Style, 2.2 pounds of Lamb with tortillas, salsa, lime, cilantro and onion $38. Serves 4-6. But 3 of us finished it. You can also order the whole Lamb head for $18. 3 small grilled quail for $11.

You can also order individual plates $9.50 for half order or $11.75 for full order.

How do you think it would travel if someone wanted to order it to go, and bring it home to eat?
I don't know many who can find their way to Commerce mid-day, yet know many who would enjoy eating the food for dinner in Sherman Oaks, family-style.

If you could re-heat it covered on low heat I think it would stay juicy and be would be fine, plus take home some extra lamb broth…that's the way I re-heat Bludso's to-go.
