Georg Jensen stainless flatware Pyramid

I am considering buying some GJ Pyramid flatware for every day use.

I have one set that is much too heavy, ordered online. Then I have a very light weight set and the family prefers the light weighted flatware.

Before I order a set of GJ, I would like to know if anyone knows the weight of each piece of GJ Pyramid stainless flatware. Specifically the dinner fork and the knife.

Next time I am in the big city, I will visit a store that sells it, but at the moment I am considering ordering online.

Thank you kindly.

  1. Changed my mind. I am buying a set of Alessi. I ordered one place setting online so I can feel it.

I want good quality this time at just the right weight.
Very hard buying online from Canada.

What are you buying from Alessi?

        Thanks for replying.
I purchased one place setting of stainless flatware called "Dry", from Amazon. Yet to arrive.
If I like the weight I will order a set of 12.
I know I am being pretty picky but I want them to last.

It's nice looking. Nothing wrong with being picky. I bought some Alessi knifeforkspoon a couple of years ago. They have very light, thin handles.

OOooooooooooooooooo, I like the sound of that.
I look forward to getting my hands on my set.
Glad to hear you like yours and that they are light weight.

I think they're the lightest "nice" flatware I've ever encountered. It took some getting used to.
