Does anyone know where to find decent olive oil packed tuna? My preference would be italian.
Cossetta's market, Buon Giorno in Lilydale, Surdyk's are three off the bat that have great quality Italian jarred tuna.

Not sure why you want Italian since Spain produces more olive oil and the tuna is Spanish also. It's expensive (shop around, I did) but so worth it.
Lund's/Byerly's and (likely) Kowalski's. Not knowing any of your criteria, "decent", I guess, is open to interpretation. :-)
I'd try Coastal Seafoods.
Stopped at Buon Giorno they have it $9-$13 per bottle
