Great Brunch/Lunch Recs on LES or East Village...on Monday

Hello all! My husband I will be celebrating our 5-year anniversary this Sunday night at the Hotel on Rivington, as we do every year at this time.- We're all set for dinner but looking for brunch recs for the next day. We try to go to Clinton Street Baking Co. but the wait is crazy and I don't know that it's worth it.
Any recommendations? We like brunchy things, bacon, eggs, pancakes, good sandwiches, muffins, killer bloody mary's- not reinventing the wheel here but it would be nice to get it right this year. Thanks!
Russ and Daughters Cafe on Orchard .
Their caraway vodka Bloody Mary is very good.
I am in the camp that Clinton Street is NOT worth it. Been once or twice.
You may be in luck- Clinton Street is generally not crowded during weekday mornings. I used to go all the time (around 11ish) and was seated right away.
Brunchy food on a monday will be harder to find since most restaurants just do weekend brunch
My pick would be Northern spy in the e village does a weekday brunch
Cafe orlin on the lower east side has breakfast until 4pm weekdays
Eolo in chelsea also does brunch
Freeman's has lunch starting at 11
