Spiritos Elizabeth Ravioli

I'm going to have to try my hand over the weekend making homemade ravioli. Does anyone know how they made their filling so creamy, and dough so pillowy It's been a few years since I've gone there, but out of all the food to come out of NJ, I wish I could recreate them!

      Shoot! I was so excited when I saw your post. Hoping someone can help us. The memories are so good from their. I need to go on a field trip!
