How should I make Peanut Butter cookies?

I've never made these before and I have seen a recipe to make them without flour? I am making them to bring camping (I'm going to spread Nutella and place a toasted marshmallow in between two cookies.) should I go with a flour recipe or no flour recipe? Any great tips for making these?
The no-flour recipe is much more intensely flavored--no flour to interfere. They also stay fresher much longer than the version with flour. The flourless ones are pretty sturdy but agree that they are more fragile than ones with flour.
I wanted to let you guys know I made the recipe of the photo I posted above, bake for 10 mins, and they were amazing! They were soft but still strong enough to use as s'mores. People gobbled them up. They were a huge hit and I couldn't believe I had made them!
