Trader Joe's fermented black garlic
What have you used it in?

I used the TJ stuff in making beef gravy but found the result to be about what I'd get using roasted or slow-sauteed garlic and some reconstituted dried mushrooms. I think I have another packet somewhere - you remind me to hunt for it and use it up if it's not too late.
