A truly excellent veggie Joey

Wonderfully surprising. Discernible ingredients included brown rice, oats, kidney beans and almonds that gave it a great meaty texture. It was topped with sprouts, avocado, pickles and tomato (I said no thanks to the cheese it normally comes with) and a fresh sesame studded griddled bun. This is not the rubbery soy based veggie patties we've come to know and expect folks. Patty did fall apart a bit and was a tad messy. Overall...delicious with excellent seasoning. Highly recommended.

  1. I'm always looking for a good veggie burger. So, good to know!

    1. Thanks for the info. Wonder if it's made in-house.

      1. I really enjoyed the same burger myself yesterday--after seriously dreaming about the last one I had for several weeks. It was a bit softer yesterday, I think, which I didn't like as much. But still tasty with delicious toppings and bun.
Have you tried Joey's Soy Souvlaki sandwich (listed only on their separate vegetarian menu, which you have to ask for)? Also delicious, and really flavourful. I love that sandwich! surprisingly filling too.

        1. Although cannot verify...was told it was made in house. Good to know about the "secret" veg menu
