Torrisi - @ $100 prix-fixe, still worth it?
Has anyone been recently?
i went when it was maybe $65ish and i thought it was decent but pretty much fully valued at $65. i remember having a fantastic duck entree and a pasta dish with shishito peppers that i liked quite a bit.
my main gripe was that with everyone eating the same courses, you felt like it was a little like an assembly line or a wedding catering hall. service felt very formulaic. i wouldnt return.
i also thought the wine list was very mediocre. lots of new world reds.
on that note, i go to parm often. for that price point, it works.
