Blueberry Vinaigrette with Liqueur

Hi there,

I got some great blueberry liqueur, it's not too sweet or syrupy, and I was hoping to make a vinaigrette for salad tonight. I only have a small bottle, so I don't want to experiment too much, and I can't seem to find any kind of recipe.

Does anyone have any suggestions for using the liqueur to make a salad dressing? Do you think that would even be worth eating?

  1. I've never used a liqueur for a dressing, but I would maybe mix it with high quality olive oil, and dijan to bind. Shake it up, and maybe use on a salad that has lots of fresh berries and sheeps milk feta and mixed greens. Super simple to highlight the dressing.
