Blueberry Vinaigrette with Liqueur
I got some great blueberry liqueur, it's not too sweet or syrupy, and I was hoping to make a vinaigrette for salad tonight. I only have a small bottle, so I don't want to experiment too much, and I can't seem to find any kind of recipe.
Does anyone have any suggestions for using the liqueur to make a salad dressing? Do you think that would even be worth eating?
