Help - whistler this weekend !

I've been so busy I haven't made a reservation or thought about where to go for dinner this weekend in Whistler for our anniversary.
Not really into formal fine dining - casual but still food focused is preferred. Asian is best left for in town, but open to anything else. -
- Moderate budget.
- Staying in the Village.
- easy enough to get in without reservation
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I'm not too familiar with dining out in Whister.
We'll be there for just the Sunday night.

Thanks

  1. You may want to look into a reservation but Alta Bistro is pretty reasonable yet upscale. In the shoulder seasons they do a 5 course $35 menu, not sure what they have going on currently.

    1. We ended up going to Alta Bistro. Good food, good service. Thanks for the rec Fam04.

The restaurants were definitely not empty. Very busy actually. But luckily hanging out in the village was not on the top of our agenda.

Glad to hear, been my go-to Whistler spot for the last few years. Any stand out dishes jmil?

Why didn't you hang out in the 'village'?

        2. We shared a few things but both liked the Quail appetizer with foie gras custard and cherries. Also really like the pork leg main with cashews and beets.
Puffin3, we strolled the village a bit but we did some hiking, biking around whistler and pemberton
