What to do with soy flour (powder)?

I have a can of Fearn Soya Powder, brand new. (I can explain) I have never used soy powder/flour. Feeling thrifty/open to anything. I eat eggs, dairy. What can I make for dinner with soya powder? (desserts not of interest)

  1. can says soya powder is form cooked beans, no off-tasting like you get with soy flour. Going to pretend its chickpea flour and make dosa.

    1. Hmmm. Looks like soy powder = soy flour.
You could use for creating crispy coatings, take veg like zucchini, and do an egg wash and light coating in soy powder with seasonings and bake high for a crispy outer coating.
Or use half regular flour and half soy powder for a basic biscuit recipe.
Use it with oil or butter to create a roux for thickening soups or stew
