I do not know what Curry Powder you have so Quantities are impossible.
        In general
Mix the Powder with Water 1:1 to form a paste.
Fry in some of the Coconut Cream till it separates.
Add the rest of the Coconut Milk thinned with a half part Water.
Simmer with Chicken till just cooked.
Season with Sugar and Fish Sauce. Garnish with Thai Basil, Cilantro and/or Green Chilies if available.

      1. I've never used green curry powder, only paste. How does it compare to a jarred paste?

        1. I've never seen green curry powder, are you sure it is not wasabi?

I've seen it before, but I've never used it. From what I understand you mix it with equal parts water and oil/fat as per chefj's suggestion. How did it turn out? or have you not used it yet?

Just mix a dab of it with a little coconut milk, and taste it. That will get you started. When you make the dish, use a little, and add more later if it needs it.

In a chicken curry I made this week, I added spinach and a little chopped broccoli, and some chopped onion and grated fresh ginger.

            Curry chicken thighs!

Please use caution when using spices. If too much spices are used, anyone can become sick.
I would suggest to google search this one and make amends where needed. And another suggestion would be where you purchased the
Green Curry Powder, ask merchant how to use it in chicken, coconut milk recipe!

            Good Luck!
