Yes. Definitely worth checking out. The scallop & sweetbread dish pictured was fantastic. Both cooked perfectly and the purple cauliflower & licor 43 lemongrass beurre blanc elevated it to a home run dish. I didn't need the cotton candy.
Also pictured is a Nori Macaron, pickled mung bean, avocado mousse, smoked pastrami hamachi, white soy foam & leek ash.
