L'Assiette question

I'm curious to know about the "special house sauce" served on the steak. Is it similar to the sauce at L'Entrecote in Paris?

    It's more like a wine redux/gravy situation, way less mustardy.

    To respond to someone who questioned the (k)need for bread/baguette service: both the sauce + sorrel soup demand to be swiped by said bread.
