Do you prefer Mexican or Spanish churros? Any good churro recipes?
Deciding on a churro recipe and couldn't decide if I should go the Mexican route or Spanish. "Sunday Suppers at Lucques" has a churro recipe that uses pâte à choux. "My Sweet Mexico" by Fany Gerson has a recipe for churros which uses queso fresco in the dough. And then there's the churro recipe provided by Chocolateria San Gines in Madrid, a cafe quite famous for their authentic Spanish churros.
