Need New Pizza Topping Combos

I'm pretty close to a pizza fiend. I usually order pizza once, maybe twice, a week. Sadly, I've tried almost all of the regular pizzas, and have resorted to the 'choose your own toppings' option.

Thing is, I'm rather uncreative when it comes to what to put on, so below I've listed all the sauces, toppings, and cheese, etc. If you guys see any combos you think I should try, feel free to share them. I'm always willing to try something once!

Italian tomato
jalapeño white
fresh salsa
sweet + smoky tropical
passata tomato
chipotle cilantro
cheezy cheddar
coconut curry
butter chicken
hot buffalo

goat cheese
Canadian cheddar
formaggio blend (asiago, romano + parmesan)
feta cheese

Pepperoni, Spicy Pepperoni, Side Bacon, Canadian Ham, Spicy Italian Sausage, Ground Beef, Genoa Salami, Capicollo, Meatballs, Grilled Chicken, Steak, Wild Pink Shrimp, Chorizo Sausage

Sautéed Mushrooms, Pineapple, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Black Olives, Baby Spinach Leaves, Hot Banana Peppers, Caramelized Onions, Red Peppers, Roasted Garlic, Green Olives, Jalapeño Peppers.

    Auugh! My initial reply wasn't supposed to be a "clarifying question"! Whoops.
    Anyways, hopefully this is the right spot for my reply:
    What a whacky pizza place! A few ideas....
    - italian tomato/ mozz/all of the veggies except pineapple and green peppers

    - pesto/goat cheese/ roasted garlic/red onion/ green olives/baby spinach (do not order while on a date!)

    - jalapeno white/formaggio blend/red onions/banana peppers/ jalapenos/ hot banana peppers

    - italian tomato/mozz/no toppings. Add your own fresh basil (why doesn't the pizza place have fresh basil???)

    -italian tomato/ feta/ carmelized onions/sauteed mushrooms/ baby spinach/ roasted garlic

    Coconut curry, formaggio blend, meatballs, wild pink shrimp, pineapple and green olives.

    Just to take one for the team (sadly, tuna doesn't seem to be an option)....

    They all sound revolting. My advice: go out and buy some bread mix, good mozzarella, some passata and basil and make your own. Even your first attempt will taste better than the pizza you have been buying.

    Don't judge me...I just ordered a cookie dough pizza from our local pizzeria (for delivery later). They have some interesting combos, and I've always wondered about this one. It's a regular pizza crust with cookie dough and M&M's (and maybe other things - can't remember) on top.

    Most of my ingredients aren't on your list. This is my favorite homemade pizza.

    light tomato sauce, lots of arugula (way more than you think you need), thinly sliced garlic, thinly sliced mushroom. thinly sliced red onions, proscuitto. crumbled blue cheese, light sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, sprinkle of crushed red peppers.

    Anchovie with grated romano cheese and extra EVOO drizzled on top. Oh, a well done crust.

    Thinly sliced......Brussel sprouts, or leeks, or redbliss potatoes, or asparagus. All are "white" pizzas.

    Ok I am sorry but what is revolting Chris G? I routinely make my own pizza with many, if not all of those ingredients, with the exception being the sauces. Those are usually limited to a variety of red sauces, variations of pesto and on rare occasion a kind of take on béchamel.

    OP- don't sweat trying to come up with crazy combinations. Instead take your list and highlight the sauces, cheeses, meats and veggies you like. From there decide what you are craving that night and order what suits you.

    The other option is go on line and google "gourmet pizza toppings" and you will find a wealth of sites to give you ideas on interesting combos to spark your creativity. This one is particularly good:

    I like pineapple combinations on traditional tomato sauce/cheese pizza, my favorite being pineapple and jalapeño. The pineapple has to be sweet and the jalapeño should be fresh and sliced paper thin.

    Caramelized onions and Roquefort, add wedges of fresh fig for the last 2 minutes, top with arugula.

    Mozzarella topped with rabe lightly sauteed in olive oil with garlic, finely grated Romano over the top when it comes out of the over.

    Hummus instead of pizza sauce. veggies (mushrooms, red peppers and pineapple)no cheese.

    Different but very tasty. I make it on whole wheat crust.

    A pizzeria in our region tops it with canned tuna from Italy and arugula. It's my favorite.

    I really like goat cheese on pizza, especially with roasted garlic, so I'm going to suggest two ideas to build on those:

    I might like to try that with sauteed mushrooms and shrimp, on a tomato sauce.

    Or with grilled chicken and spinach on the pesto sauce.

    I'm on a caramelized onion kick these days and one of my favorite topping combos is caramelized onion and blue cheese or chevre.

    Rosemary and thinly sliced potato is another different but classic Italian pizza topping.

    Also consider fresh ricotta, tuna, and gyros for topping your pizzas
