    1. Bahahahahahaha, that guy is rightfully ripping those people a new one.

      1. Ive come very close to commenting on peoples facebook food pics in a similar way at times

        1. Post the photos but omit the hashtags. #nohashtag

(I like the photo on that site of the meal with a dead rat... hmmmm)

I too saw the dead rat. Well, she did say it was killer stir fry.

          2. What in the h*ll is the thing on the pink plate near the ginormous mint leaves? Broiled bullfrog?

            Very funny, thanks for posting.

              The caption is entirely hashtags and starts: #lamb #steaks #yummy #whoneedsbeef ...

Does look more like bullfrog though. Or some kind of a snout.

            2. The "couscous salad" in the #surfandturf looks more like quinoa salad to me.

              1. I'm sitting at work giggling. This is great!

                  1. re: gourmanda

Rat fell into the skillet so he got stir-fried along with the #freshveggies. Lol.

                    1. re: foodieX2

Errrr... wetting your pants over the dead rat or.......?

                      1. re: drongo

from laughing so hard! the whole site is hysterical but that rat? priceless!

This photo was sent to me by a friend of mine who knows I love presentation. He was really proud.

I asked him what each item was... #the red stuff....is ketchup...#the blob in the middle? a sweet potato!

I am leaving now to go change my #Depends!

                        1. re: PHREDDY

Phreddy-LMAO! You need to post it with that hashtag!

                            1. re: PHREDDY

That "sweet potato" looks like #rock to me.

                          1. BTW this is a project by Georgia Hardstark of Alie and Georgia. She doesn't seem to have her name on the site.

Never heard of them or her, but kudos

                              1. Thanks for the laugh, I loved it.

                                1. Did you notice that most of these husbands who cook are serving their special food on paper and Styrofoam plates?

Maybe they have the rules in their kitchen that my sister did... 1) I cooked dinner, so you have to do the dishes, or 2) You cooked dinner and made the mess, so you clean it up.
                                  Thus, paper plates.

                                  1. LOL!

But yeah, never posting a food pic again

its hard to make food look pretty and serve it - most of that food just looks like food - but I am rightly horrified by "blueberry balsamic chicken alfredo" yikes

and hey maybe your man CAN cook but you are certainly not a food stylist ;)

That "blueberry balsamic chicken alfredo" redefines what "Alfredo" is all about! Probably the most creative of the bunch, though ... other than the rat (and maybe the bullfrog).

                                      1. The poor little dead rat. So tragic. And he didn't even become part of an edible looking meal.
