Are 9 Classic Candy Bars Better Frozen?

While opinions may (and likely will) vary, one thing is clear: a third choice was ignored. Some of these can be better enjoyed not frozen, not room temperature, but chilled.

Milky Way, Kit Kats, and York Peppermint Patties, are all candidates.

  1. MacIntosh toffee is a totally different food depending on whether it's warm room temperature (very sticky) or chilled (easily broken into pieces).

    1. KitKat is definitely better frozen. So are caramilk and coffee crisp.

      1. Peppermint Patties are awesome frozen. Better that way I think

        1. When I was a kid, I loved frozen Marathon bars. I loved how the caramel got brittle. Good memories....Do they even make those any more?

Oh, I forgot about the inch markings! Thanks!

          1. One of my very occasional treats on an especially crappy work day is a mini Hersey's Special Dark chocolate tidbit, stuck in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Good chocolate can often temper a bad day. (Pun intended)

            2. I like Three Musketeers frozen, and Zero candy bars slightly chilled.

              1. The Milkshake candy bar was definitely better frozen.

Frozen was good, but I'd take them at room temp if they'd just come back. An old favorite.

                2. I like Milky Way and 3 Musketeers from the fridge. Cold, but not frozen.

Charleston Chews HAVE to be frozen!

"Charleston Chews HAVE to be frozen!"

                      I think that's a law in thirty-nine States.

                    2. When I was a kid, we used to stick a popsicle stick into a Milky Way and then freeze it. That way, no melting chocolate on your hands.
