Where can I find "eccles cakes" in or around Montreal?

          No I haven't, as I mentioned I've never even heard of that tea room before now. ;-) Looks like a nice place though, but only open a few days a week.

            definitely, one of the best tea room in montreal. you'd be in for a treat. their opening hours sucks though

        It's a british pastry/pie. Very tasty, had one in Nova Scotia once and loved it.

          It's made with puff pastry, currants and spices. Very good!

        3. I saw them in the english store in Hudson last weekend, also their pork pies are pretty traditional and good.

            Clarence & Cripps for the unfamiliar. Teeny little store, but jam-packed with stuff in every corner!
