Elite Dinner Update

  • 9

So good here!

We had:

Cold platter of pork belly, chicken, roast duck. All excellent.

Roast pigeon. As good as anything you'd get in HK. Really excellent and perfect with burgundy. Better than any duck in town.

Red rock cod 2 ways. Head in casserole with garlic and body steamed.

Lobster with rice cake and sausage. Superb.

White on-choy with red chile. Also excellent.

Pan fried noodles with seafood. Available at dim sum. Just because we needed a little starch.

Total was $320 for 4 before tip. Pricey compared to dim sum but excellent for the quality.

  1. That is good chowing. As good as HK- That is indeed (as Nic Cage would often say) high praise!

    1. Sounds (and looks) great!

Thanks for the clarification! "Elite" is the name of the restaurant, not some snobby adjective.

          2. Never had that lobster prep sounds awesome
