  1. The Magic Johnson isn't a sausage? I'm amazed! :-0

As best I can tell there is no actual BBQ sold by this place.

Do they smoke the ribs? Don't see anything else that could be considered BBQ. Jamison's does ribs but it's not BBQ.

Photos on their facebook page show a smoker.

    2. Def BBQ on the menu, the place started as just BBQ but has added more options as the years have passed. What your seeing is the specials, not the actual set menu.st Louis Ribs, pork, brisket, beef ribs, pork belly and chicken. Three smokers on site. Not only do we sell it there but we also do BBQ festivals and have been competing in kcbs comps for over ten years now. Also it's pacu ribs, it's a fish from South America that has massive ribs that taste like Chilean sea bass. I am the owner and feel free to come in and ask for me, I'll show you around and you can check the smokers out.

Wow, I never have seen pacu here on menus. I grew a few monsters when I was younger. Do you get the pacu filets or just get ribs?

        Cobia ribs are good too!

I might have to make my way down to talk some fish and bbq.....two of my favorite things.

what kind of wood(s) do you guys use?

      2. Is there a place to see their entire regular menu?
