I am looking for a great restaurant where they serve suppon (soft shell turtle) in Kyoto. Any recomendations?
I guess Daiichi would be the place to go. Other alternatives would be greatly appriciated.
I had suppon while dining at Ishikawa this June. I guess they were in season hence on the menu.
Tankuma Kitamise honten serves it. I remember most of all the yellow fat and the slightly charcoal grilled leek.
