      They have them online

For the OP call before going to be sure they're on stock since the store doesn't have everything on their website

    2. Try posting on Manhattan and Outerborough boards where locals will best know your options

      1. I bought my large paella pan online at tienda.com
Didn't like what I saw in stores. Wanted a pan from Spain.

        1. You'll probably find the largest selection at DespaƱa on Broome Street, although price-wise I'm sure you could do a lot better at the kitchen supply stores on the Bowery.

Maybe Bowery Kitchen Supplies in Chelsea Market?

Kalyustan sells them, but their prices are not low.

To inspire you, pans in Valencia market:

          2. Surprisingly, the paella pans at Despana are not really that expensive. But when you say LARGE, what size are you looking for?

            1. Best place in the city and can pick up in Brooklyn.

d'espana has the biggest selection i've seen. the clerks tend to be knowledgeable as well in terms of cookware. i've been pushed down a notch or two price-wise by folks who gauged my degree of use and such.
