Three vinaigrette recipes from Michael Ruhlman
I made the gribiche one last night to go over a big dinner salad that everything in/on including some leftover steak. It was great. I'm assuming the others are also.
Each of these vinagrettes sound very tasty, CO. Although I don't own any Ruhlman cookbooks I do have a few of his recipes from different sources and everything I've made has been excellent. I'll save the vinaigrettes and use them as they seem fitting..
I will refer you to a little cookbook for salads titled "Raising the Salad Bar" that was Co- COTM a few years ago. A super collection of both salads and dressings. I use it year round for inspiration and execution.
