I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this restaurant. I just saw one posting it, but a friend in Montreal says it is great.

I have one night to dine (wedding the other night) so I am thinking either Chez L'Epicier or this. Any thoughts. FYI-It is this coming weekend.

Thanks!

I would go with CCP. L'épicier is very haute causine, you are likely to leave hhungry!

CCP has an excellent ambiance, innventive menu. Very sensual restaurant, where CCP is more for serious foodies.

Please note both are $$$. However both are worth it, depending on what you are in the mood for.

I second the recommendation for CCP. Went for dinner there a few months ago and ate very very well. It is also less pretentious than I though it would be.
I think I posted my review on Chowhound - you could try searching with a keyword "chasse."
