So I made some parsley oil. (I also made an oil with green coriander, which is nice and flowery, smells good.) Any suggestions on what to do with it? So far I have drizzled it on eggs, roasted potatoes, and freshly steamed green beans. Would it be too much for a salad dressing? I have about a cup of it and the recipe claims it's only good for a week. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
